BILL CAMPBELL DIES AT 75
Former CEO and chairman of Intuit, former Ivy League football coach, management guru and mentor to Steve Jobs has died. This was confirmed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers, a venture capital firm Campbell worked with in shaping future entrepreneurs. He died after a long battle with cancer. There's no gainsaying that he helped in shaping the direction of Apple and Google companies which are today two of the world's most powerful companies.
He was best known as 'coach' and played a vital role in helping others achieve their goals especially in technological areas. He displayed leadership skills when he coached the Columbia University football team in the 1970s though they recorded a loss and was also chairman of board of trustees at the same university from 2005 till 2014. He once worked as a marketing executive with Kodak and served as a CEO of the financial software firm around the mid 1990s.

EARTHQUAKE MAGNITUDE 7.1 HITS JAPAN
Japan experiences yet another quaking of the earth and destruction of lives and properties today, 16th April. We do not experience those in this part of the world and should be grateful. The Magnitude 7.1 quake struck Southern Japan leaving nine dead and over a 1000 injured. According to Japanese media, the quake triggered a tsunami which was later averted.

According to the US Geological Survey, the earthquake started near the city of Kumamoto and measured at a shallow depth of 10km and was of 7.1 magnitude which by far bigger than the quake that raked the same area on Thursday. It was of 6.4 magnitude but left no one dead.
Shinji Toda, a professor at Tojoku University, told national broadcaster that 'Thursday's quake might have been a foreshock of this one.' The Japan Meterological Agency has also identified the presence of a marine threat and has asked people to leave coastal regions fot the Ariake and Yatsushiro seas. The first quake today was followed by several aftershocks including one of a 5.8 magnitude.

So your man tells you he is not planning on having
kids or getting married anytime soon as he is still
sorting out his life... He tells you he wants to have his
second degree, a proper house and a bigger car first.
You sit there smiling with just a birth certificate
thinking how 'lucky' a wife you'll be?
With the little he has, you ask for Brazilian hair and
designer shoes. He goes to work and then straight to
class after work. He leaves you in pyjamas in the
morning and returns to find you in the same pyjamas
in the evening. While he studies you watch 'African
Magic' and 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'
He comes back home to find pap and chicken in the
microwave. The only serious conversation you ever
have is about the type of groceries you guys need.
The only advice you give him is "Babe you need to
buy a new pair of socks, the ones you bought last
time are torn." Nothing intelligent comes out of your
mouth. No plans of making your own life better. Yes
you're are pretty but this days is all about what you
are made off not beauty even pretty ladies don't
marry handsome men if their pocket is empty, no
doubt about that. But so is every second girl passing
by.
Don't you realise that you're not doing anything a
maid can't do? When he finishes studying, the first
thing he will do is REPLACE HIS MAID. Because then
he would be able to afford a maid and have a
PROPER WIFE who has brains.
That's when we are going hear your infamous last
words, "I was with him through thick and thin when
he had nothing, now that he is successful he thinks I
am nothing."
Truth is, yes, you're right. You've always been
NOTHING but a maid to him.
My dear, empower yourself to be the woman a
successful man wants to be with... a woman who
would be able to sustain her home if anything
happens to his job or his health!

WOMAN REUNITES WITH HER CAT AFTER SIX MONTH!
This isn't supposed to be news right? Wrong! A woman simply known as Nancy has reunited with her cat that went missing six months ago during a wild fire in Northern California last year. According to Middletown Animal Hospital, Nancy last saw her cat during the Valley Fire.
The horrific fire accident left nearly 2,000 structures destroyed and four people dead. According to a staff for the animal hospital, Muscat the cat was last seen with Nancy when she was evacuated from her home but on Thursday Nancy noticed a cat that looked like Muscat so she stopped and the cat came to her. She then took him to the hospital where he was certified healthy.

This reunion clearly echoes the importance of never losing hope and faith. Hospital spokeswoman Teresa Axthelm siad that the hospital was able to help pet and pet owner through fund that was set up for fire victims and they hope to locate most lost pets from the fire accident.

SALAH ABDESALAM REQUESTS TO BE TRANSFERRD TO FRANCE FOR TRIAL
Lead suspect in the November Paris attacks who's also suspected to have something to do with the Brussels attacks wants to be transferred to France to face charges there as soon as possible. According to The Guardian, Abdesalam had earlier made it known through his lawyer that he would oppose moves by France to obtain his extradition by that doesn't seem to be the case right now. Below is the report...
Just after his arrest, Abdeslam had made clear through his lawyer that he would oppose moves by France to obtain his extradition quickly. But that stance has changed, and now he apparently wants to transfer to France to “explain himself”. His lawyer said: “Salah Abdeslam told me that he wishes to leave for France as soon as possible. I will ask the investigating magistrate not to oppose his departure.”
Asked why, he said: “The most important part of the file is in France. His explanations have to go there.”
Mary had told Europe 1 radio on Wednesday night that Abdeslam had not agreed to speak to investigators who visited him on Tuesday after the Brussels attacks. Mary said this was perhaps because Abdeslam wanted to speak to his lawyer first. Mary said he did not want Abdeslam to close up or withdraw from speaking.
Abdeslam had been due in court in Brussels on 31 March to face a European arrest warrant issued by France. This warrant is a procedure reserved for EU member states that speeds up the traditional extradition process by preventing government authorities from blocking any transfer. The hearing has now been postponed until 7 April.
Asked whether Abdeslam, French-born though raised in Brussels, was still helping police investigators, Mary declined to comment, citing client confidentiality.
The lawyer had said on Monday, before the Brussels attacks, that Abdeslam was collaborating and communicating, and that he was “worth his weight in gold” for the investigation.
The Belgian daily Le Soir reported that Mary was assaulted in the street on Tuesday by someone who criticised him for defending a terrorist.
The lawyer told the paper he had shut his office to ensure the safety of his colleagues but he had not been personally placed under any police protection and did not want to be.
