with Mondays! lol. Well, no matter how much we hate to get back to work on Mondays, they just can't be skipped but planning them and taking charge will automatically remove the 'i hate Mondays' syndrome. Below is a list I've complied to help make your first working day of the week a success and enjoyable one. I hope it helps.
-Make a to do list and stick to it. Have a mental image of all you plan to achieve on a Monday, put them in a list and vehemently follow them up. That way, you'll be able to focus your attention on what matters most.
-Kick start your day with an easy to do exercise regimen. Exercises go a long way in boosting the overall performance of the body and the mind and can therefore make help you kill the 'i hate Mondays' syndrome. You could also try some yoga relaxation techniques.
-Instead of using a cab, try walking some distance to work with your head phones on. Long walks help to get those disturbing thoughts out of our heads and combined with a great song list, can work wonders. If you own a car, you could walk around your neighborhood for say 10 to 15 minutes before getting set for work.
The above three seemingly little tasks will go a long way in giving you that winning attitude you need to get on through out the week and act like the boss you truly are while rocking your way to more success. Have a blessed, stress-less, beautiful Monday! #MondayMotivation
